1. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Under these regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. Our policy goes beyond this statutory minimum, as detailed below.

2. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product for any reason. This exceeds the statutory 14-day cooling-off period provided by UK consumer law.

To qualify for a return under this policy:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The product must be undamaged
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp to obtain a return authorisation before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorisation may be delayed or refused.

3. How to Return

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +44 07939 019544 to request a return authorisation.
  2. We will provide a return address and any specific instructions for your return.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship the item using a tracked delivery service. We recommend obtaining proof of postage.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

4. Faulty Products

If your product arrives faulty or develops a fault, your rights depend on when the fault is reported:

Within 30 days of delivery

You are entitled to a full refund or a replacement, at your choice. We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty items.

Within 6 months of delivery

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a product that develops a fault within the first six months is presumed to have been faulty at the time of manufacture, unless we can demonstrate otherwise. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

After 6 months (up to 12 months under warranty)

Products are covered by our 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Within this period, we will offer a repair or replacement at our discretion. You may be asked to demonstrate that the fault was not caused by misuse or external factors.

For all faulty product claims, please contact us via WhatsApp with a description of the fault and, where possible, photographs or a video demonstrating the issue.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund and credit it to your account.

If the return is due to a fault with the product or an error on our part, the refund will include any original delivery charges you paid.

6. Pre-Order Cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the product has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp.

A full refund of the pre-order amount will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation request being confirmed.

7. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • Products that have been damaged through misuse, accident, negligence, or improper installation
  • Products with removed, defaced, or altered serial numbers

Regarding firmware modifications: in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we cannot refuse a return of physical hardware solely because the firmware has been modified. However, firmware modification does void the product warranty as set out in our Terms of Service. If a fault is directly caused by a firmware modification, this may affect your warranty claim but does not remove your statutory right to return the hardware.
